Saturday through Sunday: Closed
If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.
We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact Dr. Kim, Dr. Wahan, Dr. Brady and Dr. Altmann, Dr. Gross provide many types of oral surgery services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Cancellation Policy
We know that life can be unpredictable, and we’ll always do our best to support you when plans need to change.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your surgery, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance during business hours (Monday–Friday).
- Appointments canceled or missed with less than 48 hours’ notice will have a $125 fee.
- To reschedule an appointment that was canceled late or marked as a no‑show, we’ll also ask for 50% of your patient portion to be paid ahead of time.
- For your convenience, please remember that voicemail or text messages sent after business hours cannot be accepted as valid cancellations.
